General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) valid from 01/10/2024
1. Introduction
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of fashion accessories and luggage on the website www.lescousettesderomy.com. By placing an order, the customer accepts the GTC without reservation. The seller reserves the right to modify its general terms and conditions of sale at any time and without prior notice. The conditions in force at the time of the buyer's order will be applicable.

3. Products
The products offered for sale are those described in detail on the website. Photos and descriptions are contractual and may vary as these are handmade creations. These products are offered within the limits of available stock and as long as they are displayed on the website. If a product becomes unavailable after the order has been placed, the seller will inform the buyer by email. In this case, the order will be automatically cancelled, and no payment will be taken.
4. Prices
Product prices are displayed exclusive of tax (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the CGI) and do not include shipping costs. Prices are expressed in euros, and payments will be made in this currency.
5. Order
The customer can place an order directly on the website. The order is confirmed by a confirmation email sent by Les Cousettes de Romy.
Products remain the property of "Les Cousettes de Romy" until full payment is received.
6. Payment
Payment can be made by credit card or any other method offered on the website. Payment data is secured.
7. Delivery
Product prices are displayed in Euros and do not include shipping costs. Delivery times are indicated during the order process. Les Cousettes de Romy undertakes to ship products as quickly as possible but cannot be held responsible for delivery delays.
Shipments are made by La Poste via Colissimo, depending on the weight and dimensions of the items, or by Mondial Relay, depending on the option chosen by the customer when ordering.
Les Cousettes de Romy cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, or delivery delays attributable to postal services or Mondial Relay.
Unless otherwise indicated, any order over €60 shipped to metropolitan France automatically benefits from free delivery upon order validation.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days to return products, starting from receipt. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition.
Return costs are entirely at the customer's expense. In case of an exchange, the reshipping costs of the new product will also be borne by the customer. The product must be returned in its original and complete condition (packaging, accessories included). Any incomplete, damaged, spoiled, or dirty product will not be accepted.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: custom-made or personalized orders, as well as promotional items.
9. Customer Service
All products are covered by the legal warranty provided by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In case of non-conformity, the product may be returned to the seller, who will proceed with its exchange or refund. All claims, exchange requests, or refund requests must be made according to the terms indicated on the website, accompanied by a reasoned claim and a copy of the invoice, within thirty days following delivery.

These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the Commercial Court of Bordeaux has jurisdiction.
